How We Create Your New Kitchen
We’ve been designing and building kitchens around here since 1983.
One thing we’ve learned: the difference between a kitchen you just “live with” and one you absolutely love comes down to having a clear, no-nonsense process.
We don’t just sell you cabinets and countertops.
We guide the entire project from day one so you’re not stuck trying to coordinate plumbers, electricians, and carpenters yourself.

Our own full-time crews do the installation (no subcontractors jumping between jobs).

Our Kitchen Process – Step by Step
Come See Us First (It Really Does Save Headaches)
The smartest place to begin is our 13,000 sq ft showroom in Albany.
You can walk through real kitchen setups, open drawers, stand at islands, touch materials.
Bring photos of your current kitchen (or rough measurements if you have them).
We’ll talk about what’s driving you crazy right now and what you want to keep.
A lot of people leave that first visit with an in-home measure already scheduled so we know exactly what’s possible.
Design & Decisions – Where the Fun Actually Starts
Your designer creates real plans: layouts, cabinet styles, countertop options, backsplash ideas, lighting, flooring—everything.
We use good 3D software so you see realistic perspective views (not just flat floor plans).
You’ll usually come back to the showroom a couple of times to finalize choices.
No fake “today-only” pressure—just honest advice so you end up with a kitchen you’ll love for years to come.
Once you love the design and the price looks right, we order everything and get started.
Demo to Done – We Handle the Mess
Our crew shows up when promised.
They protect floors and walls that aren’t being replaced, handle demo, rough-ins, cabinet installation, counters, flooring, trim—the whole thing.
Your designer checks in regularly and stays your main contact if anything comes up.
When it’s finished, we walk through together.
If anything isn’t perfect, we fix it before you sign off.
